π What is a Work Order for?
The Work Order lets you formalize the agreement with each selected creator. It details:
- The products or services to promote.
- The deliverables the creator must produce.
- The agreed conditions:
- Delivery deadlines
- Payment or barter arrangement
- Image usage rights
- Other campaign-specific clauses.
β Important:
The ODT, together with Montu's Terms and Conditions of use, is a legally enforceable agreement for both parties.
π€ What happens when the creator accepts the ODT?
When they accept the Work Order:
- The creator commits to delivering the specified deliverables.
- In exchange, they receive the agreed compensation (cash payment, barter, gift card, etc.).
- The order automatically moves to the status:
- Barter Shipping ("EnvΓo de canje"), if the campaign has products attached.
- Creating Content ("Generando contenido"), if no product shipping is required.
π What statuses can a Work Order have?
Work Orders go through different statuses as they progress. These are:
- Pending payment ("Pendiente de pago"): it was created but hasn't been paid by the brand yet
- ODT sent ("ODT enviada"): it has been paid and is waiting for the creator to accept it.
- Accepted ("Aceptada"): the creator accepted and the collaboration begins.
- Rejected ("Rechazada"): the creator didn't accept the order.
- Canceled ("Cancelada"): the brand or the creator decided to cancel the ODT.
- Completed ("Finalizada"): all the deliverables were completed, the order was closed and the payment was released to the creator.

β Why is it important to use an ODT?
Because:
- It's the only way to formalize a collaboration in Montu.
- It activates the pipeline and lets you track the content.
- It protects you in case of non-compliance.
- It keeps an internal record of the status and conditions of the agreement.
β οΈ Important:
Montu isn't responsible for agreements made outside the platform or without an ODT in place.
If there's no formalized Work Order, there will be no backing in case of disputes, pending payments or other problems.
