🧭 Where do I find it?
From the main dashboard, click an active campaign. This takes you to the campaign details, where the pipeline is shown as a series of columns with a card for each creator.
👉 Applications are no longer a column in the pipeline. In the campaign details you have the Applicants ("Postulantes") button (at the top, next to "Content" ("Contenido")), where you review who wants to take part, see their profile, metrics and previous content, start a chat conversation and build your pre-selection.

🔁 Pipeline Stages
Montu organizes each collaboration order into 10 statuses:
⚙️ Important: The steps you see in the pipeline depend on how the campaign was set up. Depending on how you built it (barter or payment, organic content or not, etc.), some columns may not appear.
Pre-selection ("Pre selección")
This is your shortlist of applicants. You can use it to compare them and decide who to send an ODT to.
⚠️ Important: The creator isn't notified that they were pre-selected. They're only notified when they receive a formal request (Work Order)
What is a Work Order (ODT)?
It's the formal collaboration proposal between the brand and the creator. It includes:
- Deliverables
- Delivery dates
- Barter or payment
- Image usage rights
- Additional instructions
The ODT works as your official backing in case of any non-compliance or misunderstanding during the campaign.
Pending Payment ("Pendiente de Pago")
The ODT has been created but hasn't been paid yet. Until the payment is processed, the creator can't see or accept it.
ODT Sent ("ODT Enviada")
The order was paid and sent. The creator has received the proposal and can:
- Accept it as is
- Reject it
- Ask questions through the chat if they have any doubts
Barter Shipping ("Envío de Canje")
The ODT was accepted, and now the brand must deliver the committed product or gift card before the creator starts filming.
⏱ Shipping time affects when the content work can start, so we recommend shipping quickly.
Creating Content ("Generando Contenido")
The creator has received the barter and is working on the material.
At this stage, the content can be in three substatuses:
- Pending ("Pendiente"): No file has been uploaded yet.
- To review ("Por revisar"): The creator uploaded the content; it's waiting for you to review it.
- Approved ("Aprobado"): The content was approved by your brand.
- Making changes ("Realizando cambios"): The creator already made a delivery and was asked for changes.
Once all the videos are approved, the order moves to the next step: if the campaign includes organic content, it goes to "Awaiting Publication"; if not, it goes straight to "Creator Review".
Awaiting Publication ("Esperando Publicación")
The organic content has been approved, and we're now waiting for the creator to link the post on their social media.
This step only appears when the campaign includes organic content (posts on the creator's profile). Once the creator links the post, the order moves to "Creator Review".
Creator Review ("Evaluación de creadores")
All the deliverables were approved. All that's left is for you to:
- Leave a review of the creator
- Confirm that the order is complete.
After that, the system releases the payment to the creator's Montu Wallet.
ODT Canceled ("ODT Cancelada")
The brand decided to cancel the ODT before it was accepted. There's no charge and no commitment.
ODT Rejected ("ODT Rechazada")
The creator formally rejected the ODT. This may be due to deadlines, deliverables or budget. If you prepaid the order, your money will be refunded.
Completed ("Finalizada")
The Work Order was closed successfully. The barter was completed, the content was approved and the payment has been delivered.
