Work Order Statuses
Learn about the statuses a Work Order (ODT) can have in Montu and what each one means during a campaign.
π ODT statuses
1. Pending payment ("Pendiente de pago")
The Work Order was created, but it hasn't been paid by the brand yet.
π The creator can't accept this ODT until the payment is made.
2. ODT sent ("ODT enviada")
The ODT has been paid and sent to the creator, who can review, accept or reject it.
π This is the status in which the creator decides whether to take part in the campaign under the proposed conditions.
3. Accepted ("Aceptada")
The creator formally accepted the Work Order.
π This starts the collaboration. From here on, content tracking and (if applicable) product shipping are activated.
4. Rejected ("Rechazada")
The creator rejected the Work Order.
π You can review their reasons and select another creator.
5. Canceled ("Cancelada")
The ODT was canceled by the brand or the creator before it was completed.
π This can be due to changes of plans, logistics problems or other reasons.
6. Completed ("Finalizada")
All the deliverables were completed and approved.
The brand rated the creator and officially closed the order.
π Once completed, the payment is automatically transferred to the creator in the app.
π‘ Important
During the process, you'll see additional operational statuses in your dashboard, such as "Barter Shipping" ("EnvΓo de Canje"), "Creating Content" ("Generando contenido") or "Pending Closure" ("Pendiente de Cierre").
These aren't formal ODT statuses. They're workflow stages that help you keep track of what's happening at each point.
