🧾 Information visible to the creator
In every message they receive, the creator will see:
- Your name (as set in your profile).
- The name of the brand the message is sent from.
- The message content and any attached files.
- The full conversation history since the chat was activated.
🔐 What does the creator NOT see?
- The user's email address or contact number (unless you share it).
- The brand's other active campaigns.
- Private information about other team members.
✅ Tip
We recommend setting up your name and profile photo in Settings → Your Profile ("Configuración → Tu Perfil"), so creators can easily recognize you.
