Montu's chat is the direct communication channel between your team and the content creators you're working with. This tool lets you coordinate every detail of a collaboration with no intermediaries.
🧭 Where is the chat?
You can open the chat from Montu's main menu by clicking Chat. There you'll see all your active conversations with creators, sorted chronologically.
🧠 Does Montu take part in the chat?
No. All chat conversations are between your team and the creator. Montu doesn't moderate or take part in chat content, and it doesn't approve or reject the messages you send.
This means you can:
- Coordinate delivery dates, shoot dates or product shipments.
- Answer questions before sending a Work Order.
- Ask for additional information, such as a shipping address or technical requirements.
🔒 Is the chat mandatory?
It isn't mandatory, but it's highly recommended. Good communication with the creator makes the collaboration smoother, more transparent and more efficient.
